I, Ivo Tarmisto, filmed the New Year's Eve 2012 fireworks in the central square of Kärdla. During filming I continuously watched the camera's screen and did not notice any of these white lights which suddenly appeared and move from right to left horizontally. I only noticed these moving white lights when viewing the film on my PC screen at home.
The lights move at different speeds in relation to one another, specifically the changing of the triangular formation at 1:15 to the right hand tilted pair at 1:24. Again at 1:40 the upper right light above the fire station tower reaches a vertical position in relation to the one below.
This can be seen in the changing of the triangular formation at 1:15 to the right hand side tilted pair at 1:24. Also at 1:40  above the fire station tower, you will notice that the upper right hand side light assumes a vertical position in relation to the light below.
What these moving white lights are is hard to tell. Maybe these are slowly moving Chinese lanterns, maybe lighted balloons or possibly even UFO activity. Who knows ?

For filming I used my Canon digital camera IXUS 95 IS 10 Mpx.
Lights appearance timeline:

1:15 - Three white lights appear in a triangular formation on the right side of the old fire station tower.
1:24 - A pair of white lights have seen on the right of the fire station tower. The upper light is tilted a little bit from the vertical position to the right.
1:33 - The next light appears from the right edge of the video screen.
1:54 - Another light appears from the right edge of the video screen.
4:21 - Around this time another white light is seen moving over the fireworks.
7:30 - Another white light is seen moving over the car near the lamp post, moving slowly to above the house roof.

The second video in the playlist I taped a little bit after midnight on my way home.
I saw with my naked eye an orange lighted Chinese lantern flying towards me in the sky. I taped it flying overhead in the zooming regime.
You compare the shape, colour, size and direction of the lantern with the unknown objects in the video to form your own conclusions...
